If you decide to change your mind or you made a purchase in error, please email us at mommyotg@gmail.com. We will respond in 48 hours and will refund or credit your items.

All we ask is that you make certain the original count of diapers remain in the box along with the Protective Ointment package un-openend. This is a hygienic product and we will be happy to credit the full amount back to your account. Please be mindful that once a Protective Ointment Package is opened, you must keep the entire box or gift box. Once again please email us at mommyotg@gmail.com and communicate your concern.  Please make sure to return unwanted merchandise within 30 days so that we can keep you stocked with our Protective Diapers.
